What we make
The hard part is consistency, and that is where the craft is. Every character we make starts as a character bible: turnarounds, expressions, proportions, wardrobe, palette and a list of things they never do. Once it is approved, every shot is made to match it, so your character looks like the same character in the fortieth shot as in the first.
01
Characters are designed, auditioned and approved like a casting session, down to the final expression sheet.
02
The same character holds up across spots, cutdowns, social and print, season after season.
03
Photoreal, stylised or somewhere in between, directed with the same care as a live-action shoot.
04
The character library is built for reuse, so the next campaign starts from an approved cast, not a blank page.

Questions
It is the approved reference for a character: turnarounds from every angle, expressions, proportions, wardrobe, colours and the rules about what the character never does. Every shot is checked against it, and it becomes the starting point for every campaign after the first.
Yes, and it is the thing we spend the most care on. Every shot is checked against the approved bible. The Scotts character Lawny, for example, carries across online video, social and French versions.
Usually. We start from your brand guidelines and existing artwork, build a reference sheet from them, and have you approve the result before we animate. If the mascot has strict rules, they go straight into the bible.
Either. Photoreal creatures and animals work well when you want a spot to feel like live action. Stylised worlds work when you want it to feel designed. We will show you both in look development if you are not sure.
