Unwanted Guest

Ortho needed its ant control campaign to be impossible to scroll past. So we made the ants the house guests nobody invited: caught on the doorbell camera, raiding the pantry, wrecking the kitchen and finally standing at the open fridge in a bathrobe.

The ants had to be photoreal and funny at the same time, which meant the same creatures, at the same scale, in every shot. The campaign shipped as a fifteen-second spot and three short lifts, in English and French, for the agency MindShape.
